Symptom
- I've copied my photos and videos to my external drive via the Kwilt and want to confirm that they've transferred.

Mobile Kwilt App
Using 'Browse Filesystem')
- Launch the 'Kwilt' app.
- On iOS: Tap on the gear at the bottom right. On Android: Tap on the icon at the top left corner.
- Choose 'Browse Filesystem'.
- Select your Kwilt device. Example: John's Kwilt Box.
- Select the hard drive you saved it to from the list (if there are multiple drives or partitions).
- Choose the folder name: Default transfer: usually named after your phone's name. Example: John's iPhone. OR Custom transfer: new folder you created or existing folder you chose to transfer to.
- Verify all photos and videos are listed in the folder it was imported.
- Choose 'Exit' at bottom of screen to return to the main 'Kwilt' app user area.
Using 'Sources filter' also known as the Cloud icon/Media Sources)
- Launch the 'Kwilt' app.
- Tap or scroll along the bottom filter rotator to access the Cloud icon (Media Sources)
- Select your Kwilt device. Example: John's Kwilt Box.
- Select hard drive you saved it to from the list (if there are multiple drives or partitions).
- Choose the folder name: Default transfer: usually named after your phone's name. Example: John's iPhone. OR Custom transfer: new folder you created or existing folder you chose to transfer to.
- Verify all photos and videos are listed in the folder it was imported.
Mac
Using Kwilt Desktop app

- Launch Kwilt desktop app (either by going to Applications folder OR top right menu shortcut).
- In the Kwilt app, click on the drive to have it open in Finder OR click on your Kwilt device to open in 'Remote Explorer'.
- Find/drill down into the folder you saved your content in.
You can then view, download or move this content.
PC
Using Kwilt Desktop app
- Launch Kwilt desktop app (either by going to Applications OR bottom right menu shortcut).
- In the Kwilt app, click on the drive to have it open in File Explorer OR click on your Kwilt device to open in 'Remote Explorer'.
- Find/drill down into the folder you saved your content in.
You can then view, download or move this content.
